Excellent and spacious home.

Wonderful location, close to SHARC and Sunriver Village. The house was large enough a family of 8, but was in need of some TLC. The deck and the lawn area were excellent. The gardeners do a great job! Cleanliness was not great, however, and there were some small issues none of which were really important -- but were somewhat irritating, nevertheless. We enjoyed our stay, but will probably choose a different property next time we visit Sunriver.

Lovely home that worked well for two families with adult children. Nice big dining table that was big enough for all of us.

The house needs some upkeep.1. 2 of the King mattress need replaced.2. The floors are squeaking real bad and need some repair. We really enjoy renting this property but it's just needs some updates, and we are going to rent it again for sure!
