Great location. Walking distance to speedboat beach. Very close drive to Kings beach. Beds were extremely comfortable. Loved the great room for everyone to eat as a family and socialize. Great home.

The house was very spacious and had nice amenities! We enjoyed the multiple decks, large backyard, hot tub, grill and being walking distance to Speedboat Beach! The house doesn't have A/C so if you're planning to do any cooking be aware it can get quite hot in the summer especially with a small group in the upstairs area. Luckily there's fans and plenty of windows to open up to cool the upstairs.

Had a good time here. No complaints, warnings, nothing. Hot tub worked good. Drier and washer helped out a lot after the day at the beach.

This house is good for a large group that is looking for a quiet neighborhood. The strict lights out/quiet hours policies were fine for our group with young kids, but maybe not for those who want to use the hot tub after 9pm, for example. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood, especially considering we were there on the 4th of July. The private lake access was enjoyable. There’s a big hill to walk back up from the lake, but it’s close enough that it was manageable. There was a Construction site right behind the property. It was not very noisy but there was a bright light on all night at the construction site that let in light to the upstairs bedroom. Otherwise a great place!
