THINGS TO KNOW
No pets allowed
Upstairs access is not available.
Guest Access:
Parking directly in front of the home and enter through the glass patio door to access the locked front door.
The Neighborhood:
Quieter neighborhood just outside the hustle and bustle of town. Walking distance to "downtown" Brookings.
Other Things to Note:
Trash night is Sunday for Monday morning pickup - Because the cans are in the sunroom -We'd super appreciate if you could help us bring the cans to the end of the drive on Memory Ln. Try to avoid the fire hydrant. You can always reach out to us for assistance, or we can stop by and do it for you (with permission for access) Thank you so much!

Everything was clean and we all enjoyed our stay. I would rent again.

Nice location in between the redwoods and Samuel Boardman coastline stops. Stocked with everything we needed. No ocean view, save for a little bit of water you can see in between the homes across the street. They have the upper floor blocked off. Oddly configured house with one huge bathroom and one small, not so great bathroom.

Location was nice and spacious for our family of 5. Kitchen was stocked well with dishes, etc.
Beds were comfy.
Only thing that wasnt communicated to us before we arrived was that the washer wasnt working. We were prepared to wash dirty clothes from our week and didnt have a working washing machine. We did find a laundromat but it was not convenient.
Other than that the property was very nice.
