We had a great stay at the "Bear House" during our Deer Valley ski trip in Park City. Check-in was smooth, and the early notification was appreciated. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with excellent internet and a large garage.Bedrooms upstairs were comfortable with a cozy fireplace. The downstairs bedroom had small twin beds, and its TV lacked cable, though the family room TV was large and had plenty of DVDs. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The location was perfect—just minutes to town and a quick drive to Deer Valley Resort. The hot tub was clean and relaxing, and the charming wooden bear outside delighted our kids.Minor issues: broken humidifiers, no bathroom towel hooks, and unclear instructions about the garage opener.Overall, highly recommended!

Excellent location, easy walk to Main Street, quick access to Deer Valley base. Plenty of room for larger group. Hot tub was great. Very clean and well cared for. Only complaint was lack of cookware. We wanted to make breakfast before skiing but there were minimal pans and no non-stick pan that we could find. Other than, excellent unit and would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable and clean. Walking to down down and pickup by bus right outside the door. We will stay again!

Highly recommend!
