The good: It was clean and spacious. Beds were comfy and the kitchen-living room area was open and good for visiting while cooking. The bad: Ten minutes before checkin they advised the cleaning person need a little longer. Then they ghosted me for two hours and the cleaning person wouldn't answer the door. So we weren't given access until 6pm when our checkin was supposed to be at 4pm. The worst part was the ghosting - they never responded when I kept asking when they would be done. Disappointed they didn't apologize or offer any consideration.
