The “Pérgola” apartment, also on the first floor, is a warm and inviting place for families or friends (up to 4 people).
The bright living room with an open kitchen opens onto two terraces—one at the front overlooking the tropical garden, and one at the back for extra privacy.
Here, every day begins with birdsong and ends with an enchanting sunset over the ocean.

The tropical atmosphere, the convenience of direct access to the communal pool, and the scent of ripe mangoes make this apartment an oasis of peace and relaxation.

Shared garden and pool – with respect for everyone’s privacy

The finca features a beautiful orchard with various fruit trees and a shared pool, which all guests are welcome to enjoy. We kindly ask that you respect each other’s peace and privacy so that everyone can relax in complete serenity.

The pool is open daily until 10:00 p.m. to preserve the finca’s peaceful atmosphere. After this time, the water is treated with the necessary maintenance products to maintain optimal water quality.

To keep the pool water clean and clear, we ask guests to always shower before swimming and to avoid applying sunscreen immediately before entering the water. This way, we can all contribute to a pleasant and hygienic environment for everyone.
