Lovely home and ideally located with just a short drive to old downtown and freeway access. The upstairs living area is a great room plan. The living room has ample seating with a lovely enclosed fireplace and a large table with seating for six in the dining area. The kitchen is well equipped. The master bedroom is on the same level as the living area and also has an enclosed fireplace, which makes it very cozy for cold winter evenings. Two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs make this an ideal home for a family or friends to enjoy everything Truckee has to offer.
