The Space:

Start planning your family-friendly Sunriver getaway with this three-bedroom vacation rental. Featuring all the comforts of home in addition to exciting extras such as a private hot tub and eight complimentary SHARC passes, this charming home has everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

Situated 17 miles south of Bend and 21 miles from Mt. Bachelor, this home's location is great for guests who want to experience a little bit of everything Central Oregon has to offer. The Sunriver Homeowners' Aquatic and Recreation Center is less than two miles away, while the Village is a one-and-a-half-mile drive.

The home itself is relatively modern, with a large central living space. The living area features an oversized sectional couch that's big enough for the whole group to lounge on while basking in the warmth from the wood-burning stove or watching a movie on the flat screen TV. (Cable, WiFi, and a Blu-Ray player are all provided.)

The fully equipped kitchen is ready to tackle everything from a hearty home-cooked dinner to a quick snack. There's room for everyone at the eight-person dining table.

After your meal, retreat to the private hot tub for a rejuvenating soak - nothing soothes tired muscles quite like relaxing in a hot tub! In nice weather, the patio is also a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee.

Back inside, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home has space for up to eight overnight guests. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom. A second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds - perfect for kids. The upstairs loft also features a Murphy bed for the last two guests. Dogs are welcome.

Wake up feeling refreshed from a good night's sleep and decide which of the region's many activities you'd like to tackle today. Perhaps you'll grab the complimentary passes and head to the SHARC facility for a splash in the pools, hot tub, and lazy river? Or maybe you'll snag a few bikes from the garage and head out to explore the paved bike paths in the Sunriver area?

If you're visiting in winter, be sure to check out Mt. Bachelor for downhill skiing and snowboarding, or, weather permitting, enjoy Nordic skiing right outside your front door. Spend a few hours browsing the shops at the Village, or head to Bend for art galleries, museums, and, if you're of age, brewery tours.

For a family or friend group looking to experience the best of Central Oregon, this Sunriver vacation rental is a dream come true. Don't wait - book your dates today!

Please be aware that the Sunriver SHARC center has implemented new rules and regulations regarding occupancy, amenities, and access. Please see their website for more details.
