Quiet retreat along the golf course with only a half a mile walk to the beach! This place became a favorite very quickly. The apartment was spacious, well furnished, and clean. And if you are looking off the balcony you might just see an alligator floating in the creek!

The property was perfect for our family. Everyone was comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed for the week. I appreciate that Vacasa provided starter kits of dish soap and laundry detergent, paper towels and trash bags. Walk to the beach from the property takes about 8-10 mins but we take a wagon and it makes it much easier to transport beach items. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed our vacation.

We love HHI and wanted to do a quick trip with another couple. This condo was perfect! We enjoyed the fireplace/heater. The kitchen had plently of pots and pans. The beds were super comfy and the sheets smelled very nice! The location was mid-island and we were able to quickly go anywhere; including day trips to Beaufort and Bluffton.

The location was good, felt safe and could walk to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and we had good water pressure. I enjoyed the back balcony overlooking the golf course. We did see a couple of gators in the creek behind the condo, as well as cranes. The kitchen sink had been slipping from underneath the counter and we weren't able to use it during our stay. It looks like it had been "rigged" up with glue and wood shims.Those were failing. They had also propped a dish drainer underneath it to reenforce it. I think it was an ongoing problem. I did let management know as soon as we checked in. There were no other properties available so we were stuck. We did rent another condo in the complex and we did try to just use the kitchen there. The beds were very comfortable.
