Apartment located on the 1st floor of a modern building with an elevator, with 5 floors in total.
Private parking space for exclusive use (not suitable for SUVs or large vehicles), located NOT on the same street as the apartment, but accessible from the rear of the building via Via del Molinetto, 1 minute away
With 113 square meters of space, it accommodates 7 people and has no internal steps.
The interior is laid out as follows:
LIVING ROOM: double sofa bed (204x95x90 cm), TV, dining table with chairs, and split-system AC.
KITCHEN: 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator and freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, conventional oven, microwave, various kitchen utensils, and dining table.
BATHROOM: shower stall, bidet, toilet, sink, washing machine, and hair dryer.
BEDROOM I: double bed (94x210x103 cm), two nightstands with lamps, closet, dresser, and split-system air conditioner.
BEDROOM II: three single beds (169x202x93 cm), nightstand with lamp, closet, and split-system air conditioner.
OTHER AMENITIES: unlimited Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.
Storage closet.
PLEASE NOTE. The clearance required for a wheelchair to enter the elevator is 64 cm. Please note that there is a wheelchair ramp at the main entrance, and there is also a wheelchair ramp to accommodate the step in the main lobby.
Central heating.
Balcony, accessible from all rooms in the house (except the bathroom), with a fixed awning.
GETTING AROUND:
- From Ferrara Station, you can reach the apartment by taking bus no. 4 to the “Fabbri” stop, a 3-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, you can take bus No. 11 to the “Bologna Argine Ducale” stop, a 5-minute walk from the property.
- From Bologna Marconi Airport, you can reach the property in about 40–50 minutes by car or taxi (48 km).
- For those traveling by car, there is a private garage for exclusive use (not suitable for SUVs or large vehicles), located NOT on the same street as the apartment but accessible from the rear of the building via Via del Molinetto.
