A peaceful, friendly neighbourhood feel just one block from the energy of 4th Avenue, with its restaurants, fitness studios, groceries, and shops. From here, it is an easy walk or bike ride to Granville Island, Kits Beach with beautiful mountain views, and the seawall.
The apartment includes a one-bedroom, a den that functions as a cozy TV room and window seat reading nook, and a small office space that houses your own personal infrared sauna. The office can also double as an audition taping space if you happen to be an actor. The home is ideal for a single person or couple, with the option to accommodate additional guests on the couches if needed.
If you appreciate a health-conscious lifestyle, you will enjoy touches like the infrared sauna, yoga mats, foam roller, bikes, Vitamix, water filter, and the close proximity to Whole Foods and some of the city’s best healthy restaurants and smoothie spots.
