The house is located on an 800-square-meter, enclosed garden property, partially bordered by a hedge and completely surrounded by a fence.
It features a covered outdoor pool, which makes swimming pleasant even in bad weather.
The landlord handles pool maintenance and service and is happy to assist you with any questions you may have about the area, the country, and its people, as well as currency exchange, etc.

Garden table, garden chairs, umbrella, lounge chairs, and grill
Up to 4 secure parking spaces on the property (outdoor area).
The house is designed to accommodate up to 6 people and has approximately 100 square meters of living space.
