This private, first-floor 1-bedroom apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a cozy full futon in the living room. There is also a comfy couch to sleep on as well. This new property listing’s chiefest assets are its location, being close to the lake, park, and downtown shopping/dining areas. The posted photos are accurate for this cozy, charming & whimsically appointed apartment. The bath, kitchen & dining areas were extremely comfortable & well-supplied (though we didn’t do any cooking). The living room & bedroom were comfortable, too, though chair cushions & mattress were on the “soft” side. Another huge plus, at least for us, was the off-street parking right next to the door, convenient especially for those with accessibility/mobility issues. All-in-all, a perfectly acceptable place in which to hang one’s hat on a visit to beautiful downtown Burlington.

We enjoyed this apartment and its proximity to the downtown area. Gina was a great host, very responsive when we needed something.
