Furnished to a very high standard, this dog friendly house offers a spacious sitting area, a well equipped kitchen and a dining area on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find 3 well placed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms including one ensuite to master bed.
3 Sanctuary Court has its own large private patio garden to the rear which is fantastic for children and adults alike. With access to the Meare Boating Lake at Thorpeness and just around the corner from the popular Dolphin Pub, it is a fantastic property ideal for a family break.
