This friendly and well-equipped vacation apartment in Sierksdorf offers ideal accommodations for up to 2 people in approximately 33 m². The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Ferienpark apartment complex and is easily accessible by elevator.

The bright living area features large windows and access to the furnished balcony, from which you can enjoy a beautiful, side view of the Baltic Sea. An electric awning provides convenient sun protection. Here, you can start or end your day in a relaxed atmosphere while breathing in the fresh sea air. The combined living and sleeping area is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed (approx. 180 x 200 cm); roller shades can be used to block out the light at night.

The open kitchen is bright and functionally furnished and includes, among other things, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. There is also a dining area.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, a lighted mirror, a heated towel rack, and a toilet. A washing machine for personal use is available.

The fine-sand beach is just a few minutes’ walk away (approx. 150 m). Shopping, restaurants, and public transportation are also conveniently located nearby.

A parking space is available free of charge.

You can either bring your own bed linens and towels or rent them for the duration of your stay for an additional fee. Dogs are allowed for a fee upon prior registration. This is a non-smoking accommodation.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.


Facility:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping section of the beach offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffs trail along Neustadt Bay.

Various recreational activities around the vacation park provide plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping options, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort located between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
