The spacious "Gartenblick" vacation apartment offers plenty of room for families or small groups in its approximately 80 m². A cozy living room with an open kitchen forms the heart of the apartment. Two separate bedrooms in the attic, each equipped with fly screens, ensure a restful night’s sleep. One bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom features 3 single beds and a crib. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. A high chair is available. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. The large south-facing balcony, with its unobstructed view of nature, is particularly lovely. Wi-Fi, a telephone, and satellite TV are available free of charge. Breakfast can be booked as an add-on upon request. Our cozy farm is a small, family-run vacation farm in romantic Franconia and stands for tranquility, nature, and personal hospitality. A separate vacation home houses a total of four lovingly designed vacation apartments, which can be booked either with breakfast or on a self-catering basis. The offerings are complemented by a small camping area for tents and RVs. All vacation apartments are modern and comfortably furnished and feature a telephone, Wi-Fi, and a TV connection. Bedding, table linens, hand towels, and dish towels are included, as are excellent amenities for small children. The farm is ideal for families, couples, and nature lovers seeking relaxation in a rural setting. The deposit is 30% of the total accommodation cost. Check-in is available between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Breakfast can be booked on-site. Pets are not allowed.
