The Space:
Haven Lodge is single storey, with an open-plan living space including a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, aa dining space for four and a sitting area with TV and an electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room and a twin, serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside there is an enclosed terrace with furniture and off-road parking. Within 0.7 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a beach and please note this is a smoke-free property. Two small well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi included in the rent. Make a getaway to the coast of Cornwall to remember with a stay at 26 Bossiney Bay. Please note: This property can only accept check ins on a Monday, Friday or Saturday, any other check in day is by request only. Please note: This property cannot accept Sunday check ins. The Neighborhood:
Tintagel, home of the legendary King Arthur’s Castle, whose ruins dominate the cliffside just outside the village, is a popular but not overcrowded tourist destination. The surrounding area is dominated by the sea, rocky coves and stunning scenery. Several beaches, including nearby Trebarwith Strand and Bossiney Cove, are within easy reach and surfing is the main attraction for those who love the water. Tintagel has several pubs and restaurants and the Old Post Office (National Trust) is a must. For the energetic, the South West Coast Path passes through the village and in both directions it winds its way along the cliffs and down to the water’s edge through dramatic countryside. Head north along the path and within a short distance is the beautiful village of Boscastle with its quaint quay and village pubs for refreshment. Further afield are the surfing meccas of Newquay and Bude, with their resort attractions, while the open spaces of Bodmin Moor, the Eden Project, Padstow, Camel Estuary and Port Isaac are all within a short but scenic drive.
