Location description: Malpica, together with Caión, is one of the most picturesque and traditional fishing villages on the famous Costa da Morte. The coast is very rich in sandy beaches of all sizes, which, in contrast to the Rías Baixas (in the SW of Galicia), are rarely visited by beach tourists in summer.
