Aintree Cottage consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher, a dining area with dining table and breakfast bar, and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, a king-size, a twin, and a ground-floor king-size with access to Jack-and-Jill wet room. There is also a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Outside, there is a front patio, a rear garden with patio and furniture, and rear communal garden and off-road parking for two cars, plus additional parking in overflow car park.
