All great. Fantastic location, walkable everywhere. Friendly family of staff. Helpful. Good breakfast. In fact, meeting other guests at breakfast table was one of the best experiences in Samarkand.
Water pressure isn’t the strongest and bathroom ventilation can be better. But this is common across the whole region.

Situado en una zona tranquila, muy cerca de los lugares de interés. El personal es amable. El desayuno está bien.
Quizá las camas un poco duras, el resto está bien.

Lovely family guesthouse in a good location. I liked the communal breakfasts as it was easy to meet people. The food was plentiful and good. Rooms are modern and comfortable.
Courtyard area was untidy because of building work but I was told there would be a garden when finished. An outside place to sit would be good. The roof top could have chairs and shade and would be welcomed. There are no curtains in the room so light shines in. The door locks are fiddly and its noisy when people are trying to unlock them.
