The staff was over the top with a booking error that I had made. They were very professional when calling me in the park , finding another room at wagon wheel and moving everything to the new room. The rooms were large and very clean. Thank you, Wagon Wheel!
All good

There was some small misunderstanding with the booking and the staff solved it immediately and in the best way possible. We really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend it as a no-frills budget home base for exploring Yellowstone.

We are on a high protein low carb diet. Not alot of choices.
The posted quiet hours very appreciated
Being told we can’t use the elevator at check in since it was after quiet hours. We ignored that since I’m not carrying heavy stuff up the stairs. I’d crashed a lot more that the quick elevator ride.
