1. I really appreciated the common area and things like the coffee machine. 2. The bed was large and had appropriate linen. 3. Despite some communication frustrations, I was very pleased with the quality of the property itself such as its cleanliness, the large bed, and well-functioning shower. 4. The location was close to the subway station and the walk was convenient.

1. The initial instructions were unnecessarily complicated. Specifically, instructions made it seem like I would be staying at an undefined location rather than at the address of the property. In the end, the address was the same, but this produced unnecessary frustration. 2. The property is too reliant on communication via WhatsApp. International travelers do not have regular internet access in the US and cannot be expected to carry mobile phones all the time to talk to the property owners. Given that we are using Booking.com to make the booking, it seems only fair to use Booking.com messaging for communication. 3. The shoe rule was a little absurd as you need to remove the shoes and then carry them into your room instead of leaving them at the entrance door, as is conventional.

Von der Unterkunft werden Basics an Lebensmitteln gestellt ( Milch, Nudeln, Gewürze,Cereals, Kaffee, Tee..) Aber es gibt doch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung

Its pretty close to the T which is a plus. Its a pretty hilly area and had a few cases so it was hard but I was able to walk to it. Bed had good sheets and clean towels provided :)

Host didnt really communicate at all. At least the instructions were clear but I hadnt had any interaction with them. I also thought the cameras were kinda creepy but meh.
