TOA at Spanish Steps

Very well located, it feels like you’re in the middle of everything you’d want to see when in Rome. You’re right across the Spanish Steps and the whole property is beautiful. Alberto really is the best host we’ve ever had and is always accommodating and caring. He’s the best!

The only thing I’d recommend is bringing earplugs for sleeping because the bin collections are loud at night and early morning (at least while we were there).

The location is absolutely fantastic, right in front of the Spanish Steps, making it an incredibly central and convenient place to stay in Rome. As two girls travelling together, we also felt very safe in the area, which was a major factor for us and made the stay even more comfortable. Alberto was extremely kind and helpful, guiding us smoothly through both check-in and check-out. The apartment was very comfortable, and the building itself was surprisingly quiet despite being in such a central location. We would definitely recommend this space to anyone visiting Rome and would happily stay here again on our next visit!

The second bedroom is slightly smaller than first but we were okay with that!

Every single thing I love the owner of the property he’s the best man I ever met so nice. I’m really glad that I’ve made that choice and reserved the room.

I live every single thing

Tudo maravilhoso, localização perfeita, apartamento muito bonito e confortável
