Pensiunea IZBUCUL GALBENEI

Really easy to find and convenient for exploring the area. The staff is extremely hospitable and friendly. The food is wonderful. Everything is locally sourced and made in house. They have a herd of cows and their cheese is exceptional.

Enjoyed every minute of our stay, liked the room, the yard, the surroundings, and felt welcome in the hall pension. Enjoyed excelent home cooked meals, and peaceful and relaxing ambience.

Wonderful family run Pensione tour accommodation in a fabulous rural location. The meals are home made (everything) and exquisite. Delicious. The family is so friendly and it’s mainly Romanians who stay here for hiking and escaping a city. In autumn it’s simply amazing colour throughout the hills in the surrounding area. (Some photos are from the nearby waterfall trek about 800m from Pensione to hiking starting point)
