Availability for some family members at the last minute. That's that. I appreciate that.
OMG - we were woken up by noise of the other guest. They played music so loud at around 6am. The owner gave them a speaker so from their car to a speaker, it was unpleasant. They made such a noise. The staff member who was a lady - was just as frustrated by the guests that were making noise. The other staff didn't even bother to talk to the noise maker, instead said I should go talk to them. I would appreciate if this place could be reviewed properly then clearly put on the website for what you will get. I never have bad reviews, but this one left me no choice. The place has potential to be great, management MUST make sure to get that right.
