The Good - Fantastic location. Plenty of options for eating all around you and the Petronas Towers are minutes away. Breakfast, which is a set menu at the Cafe across the road, was lovely too.

The bad - staff seem unhappy and have little knowledge about where they work, originally they told us breakfast is not included but after showing them our Bookings.com booking, they made a phone call before giving us our vouchers. It's a huge, 48 story, place with only 4 slow lifts which at some times has a 10 minute wait to use due to the extremely long line of people waiting use them - (I've added a photo of the line) Floor in the bathroom was always wet, it appears the toilet was leaking somehow. Only one key is given which makes it hard with 4 people sharing the room.
