Although the reception staff are only behind a tablet screen, they are excellent and friendly. I arrived on Monday 12 October and was greeted by a really nice girl who helped and was very accommodating. The Wi-Fi was good. The room had everything required for a basic stay. The location is excellent. The price was okay but still a bit higher than what I think is value for money considering the issues and lack of sleep and comfort overall that was affected by things that shouldn't happen.

If you're happy with constant slamming of doors that cut through every single bone in your body, a stuffy room, and dirty bathrooms that don't get cleaned often then this is the place for you. The staff and other guests just don't give a crap about anyone else and constantly slam doors at any time. I was woken up multiple times every single night around 1am, 2am, 3am no one gives a sh1t. The staff used a room next to mine that was slammed every 2 minutes, and I was ready to ram their heads through the door and watch them bleed out. The room was stuffy and there's no fan to help and staff couldn't be bothered to get one. The shared bathroom was cleaned maybe once in 4 days and is pretty bad.
