Daytime visitors require prior written approval, and no more than 16 people may be present at the property at any time. Unregistered visitors are not permitted during quiet hours. - The home, furnishings, and amenities are provided as pictured. Although the home sleeps up to 13 guests, it does not have one dining table that seats 13; dining seating is distributed among the available tables and breakfast bar. We do not provide event-style tables, chairs, linens, place settings, decorations, or event setup. Any outside rentals, vendors, catering services, or deliveries require prior written approval. - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Amplified music, tents, confetti, glitter, and decorations attached to walls or furnishings are not permitted. Parking is limited to five vehicles in the garage and driveway. - This home is a haven of tranquility and luxury, but it may not be suitable for children due to the property’s cliffside location. - Active railroad tracks run below the property along the Columbia River; trains pass day & night and can be heard from inside & outside the home - This 2-story home requires one step to enter. The 1st floor features 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, and 1 half bathroom. Interior stairs are required to access the remaining 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms on the 2nd floor.
