Amazing location in the heart of the old town, a beautiful historic building with very helpful staff. Breakfast out in the square was lovely and available for a good amount of time.
We were in a first floor room which was noisy from the sounds of the square if you went to bed before c11pm (we did stay at the weekend) so higher up rooms might be better for those wanting an early night.

Excellent location. The porter helped us with our luggage from the gate (including a brief tour guide on our way to the hotel). Reception helped with arranging a car service from the ferry port.
Lack of an elevator, but this is understandable since they cannot change the building due to historic preservation).

We had the best stay - lovely room lovely staff and the rituals smellies in the bathroom were amazing!
The staff were the best and it was my partners birthday we even got a free drink!
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, one night it was quite noisy outside with music and sounded like a party and went on quite late but we were so tired from all the walking we went to sleep just fine and can’t complain really as we are on holiday like everyone else

Location is excellent closeby all main old town features. Reasonable room size. Comfy bed. Breakfast offering limited but okay. Very responsive reception staff. Helpful cleaning staff. Help with luggage from and to Ploce Gate and to room by the ever smiling and helpful Marty, the hardest working member of the team.
This is not an hotel instead it's a boutique apartment complex in an historic building. Therefore lacking hotel facilities such as a lobby, proper reception and breakfast area and guest services that makes a stay memorable. Biggest disappointment was the steep staircase to the second floor, I wish I'd read the reviews more closely but they should make it clearer that there is no elevator.
