Behaviour of staffs and facilities provided by hotel management

The photo uploaded on Google map, it's showing the earliest images of hotel when it's under construction Oct,2025, so I recommend you to update it as soon as possible and you've to provide one hanger atleast in the rooms

The room was overall clean, and the staff's behavior was very polite and helpful. The washroom was neat and hygienic, and all basic amenities such as Wi-Fi, TV, and AC were available and working properly. The hotel is also located in a convenient location. However, there were a few areas that need improvement. I had to request towels and drinking water after checking in. The bed sheet had some stains and dust on it, which should have been addressed before handing over the room. Additionally, there was no hand soap available in the washroom.

I would like to share my experience regarding my stay. After entering the room, I had to request towels and drinking water, as they were not provided initially.
