Era muy cómodo, cercano, limpio y tenía todo lo que uno necesitaba. También el personal muy atento y amable. Ferhat and Fatih siempre dispuestos a ayudar , muy simpáticos y amables.

Location very good even if the street itself it’s a bit “underground”. You are very close to metro, tram, bus station, Galata tower, Galata Bridge etc
It’s very spacious, clean, fresh renovated. Also you have a fridge and small stove (in some rooms)
The bad smell from the bathroom.
The elevator didn’t work.
The sink was leaking so we could’t use it.
The pressure of the water was very bad, sometimes was working good, sometimes not

Fehrat was really responsive and helpful as he let us check in very early after our night bus to Istanbul. Location is also good, easy to get to the metro and close to Galata with lots of restaurants etc. Building felt secure and safe.
It wasn’t very clean. No washing up stuff either (eg washing up liquid or sponge), so the kitchen wasn’t very usable. Our TV didn’t have a remote so we couldn’t use it (solution for this when we asked was to get help looking for it, which we didn’t think was very useful since it would just mean looking through our stuff as we’d already searched in all the cupboards etc). The bathroom also smelt quite damp so we kept the extractor fan on all the time.
