La limpieza del lugar, el respetuoso silencio y la proximidad al centro de Toronto.
El problema no es del lugar en sí sino de su entorno. Lamentable y tristemente, en la cuadra frente a la propiedad y en todo sector aledaño al Moss Park, hay muchas personas consumiendo fentanilo.
En cuanto a la propiedad en sí, la habitación en la que estuve era pequeña, no contaba con clóset y el escritorio/mesa era muy grande para la habitación, quitándole espacio útil.

La qualité du lit et de la chambre
L'environnement et l'arrivée, le bâtiment extérieur et la rue sont assez glauques et sales. La cage d'escalier était aussi peu accueillante et le parcours jusqu'à la chambre pas très clair.

The room that I used was nice. Seemed renovated at some point. The bathroom was really nice, the nicest part of the property, especially the shower. I had fresh sheets and bedding and the room was clean when I first entered. With this being a shared apartment and there are others in the same unit as me, didn't run into them once which was nice.
The whole building itself, before entering your apartment and unit, is old and definitely shows signs of the buildings age. Floorboard creaked at very step which was very hard to keep quiet during after hours as requested. In the hallways before entering your unit. The carpet is covered in black mold and needs to be removed and replaced asap. The location isn't bad but it is situated in Old Toronto and with the building age and the homeless that camped around, the price could be lower but wasn't terrible for a two day stay.
