El ingreso al apartamento las áreas sociales sucio , un olor feo , incómodo , la presentación del edificio feo.
En las fotos se debería ver un poco más de la entrada

Amazing location connected to everywhere in NYC . Very clean and tidy. Host was responsive & helpful. Very comfortable & Homy.

The location was quite good. The owner provided adequate resources for us to take a bath and also provided umbrellas for the weather. The kitchen has good cooking resources, although we didn't use them. The owner took care of all the cleaning part, which was very happy, unlike AirBnB, where they charge money for cleaning and still charge us if we don't do basic cleaning.
The AC wasn't functional. We were sweating in all our rooms at one point while sleeping. Only the living room is functional as the temperature was set to 60 degrees. The washroom didn't have an exhaust. The bathtub wasn't draining properly. It was pretty slow.

Die Besitzer waren stets ansprechbar und freundlich. Es gab genügend Handtücher und das meiste andere war auch da.
Die Lage war schlecht. Das Haus heruntergekommen und davor waren ständig Drogenabhängige oder Obdachlose und sehr viel Müll. In dem Haus wohnen auch andere Leute. Manchmal hatten wir sogar ein bisschen Angst.
Es fehlte eine Garderobe für die Jacken und Halter für die Handtücher. Geschirrtücher gab es auch nicht.
