The entire team was exceptional, especially Ilia, Lizi, and Qeta, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. The hotel was spotless, the location was excellent, and the level of service was simply outstanding. The staff made sure we had everything we needed, always with genuine kindness, warmth, and professionalism. What made our stay even more memorable was how comfortable and welcome we felt. It truly felt like a home away from home, with the hospitality and attention to detail of a five-star hotel! I highly recommend OPUS Hotel to anyone visiting Batumi. The hotel is very clean, brand new, and well-maintained. The entire staff does an impeccable job, and the level of service is exceptionally high. I would especially like to note the work of the Russian-speaking porter and the receptionist girl, who were always helpful with any of our requests and needs. Thank you, it was a wonderful stay!

החדרים חדשים נקיים ומרווחים מאוד , המטבח מאובזר מאוד . בקבוקי מים כל יום היה בחדר , ניקיון טוב מאוד .הצוות היה מקסים ענה תמיד בשירות הווצאפ לבקשתנו . ממליץ מאוד .

הבניין ממוקם מול בניין שנבנה ככה שלא היה לנו נוף לים ושמענו רעש של בניה , בגדול זה הפריע לנו רק בשעות הבוקר אבל ממש בקטנה רוב היום לא הינו בחדר .
