Nice large bedroom with comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom with a few free stuff. Everything looked clean. Free wi-fi working well, large TV. Very quiet and enjoyable. Reasonable price. Friendly and responsive host, arranged to deliver receipt as required. Good location, not difficult to find, pretty close to the fortress area. Supermarket at walk distance, very conveniently open 24/7. Multiple bus stops at walk distance, reasonably well connected also to the University area.
Possible improvements: provide upper bed sheets rather than blankets for summer conditions; fit an additional pair of hook hangers in the bathroom; provide instructions in English about waste management; fit a sign outside the building to make it even more easy to find.
