Breakfast were great.. I am not expecting they are prepared all the kind of foods. Indonesian food, Japanese, Western , continental food and even local authentic food as like fried Banana, green Bean with coconut milk and Soto. Hotel facilities are amazing.. Gym and Sauna room are great and extra ordinary. beach are clean and amazing. Hotel staves are great and friendly especially Ms.Yuli that serving us during breakfast on September 01.

The main Road are narrow and crowded with local people using motorbike.

We love the pool and the super nice big pool. The staff are friendly and the service super amazing too. We got an upgrade bigger room and on the higher level floor facing the pool and the sea. My family really love the hotel and the kids club plus the food in the restaurant. We had amazing lunch and dinner always and not to forget the chocolate hour during tea time is a big plus. Tips don't come on the weekends or public holiday so the hotel feels super relaxing and less crowded and no traffic jam to and from the hotel.

Probably only the trip. from centre of Jakarta to the Hotel as the road and the tol ways full of big trucks from the industrial area sites.

What I like is the pool, the direct access to private beach and the bed due to not much hotels in anyer who has private beach.

I really disappointed with check in staff, house keeping staff. I arrived at hotel in the morning at 10.am and the staff was directly asked for payment then I made the payment. I was waiting until 15.00 pm to get the room, then it turned out the staff was wrongly gave type of rooms. it's been almost 4 hours since i checked in, shouldn't she prepared for the room allocation despite of she gave me the wrong type of rooms and asked for sorry to me that caused me to wait for more one hour to get the right room. For the housekeeping.. I have set light near the room for house keeping to clean the room and call the operator that request for clean the room, when i returned to my room after 3 hours, my rooms havan't being cleaned yet.
