Can’t beat the location and the price. Seemed to be fairly recently renovated, so it was a pleasant place. Bedroom was big, bed was nice.

The elevator goes to 3rd floor, then one walks up to 4, and then after that it’s another flight up from there (with each flight 2 full sets of stairs), so not for people with a lot of luggage. Shower was nice and seemed new, but no shelf or place to put anything . Powder room also, new but very small , no shelf. New kitchen , but not really a place to start making full meals ….carrying all those groceries up the stairs??
