Heart touching Hospitality: From the warm welcome and seamless check-in to the smallest thoughtful gestures, hospitality is exceptional! At every turn, smiling staff enquire about comfort, meals, experience, seeking real-time feedback and engaging in genuine, warm conversations. Nothing feels mechanical or transactional. This is hospitality with a heart! Ten Star Food: Lovely, lavish breakfast spread and a good range of menu options. But the showstopper? The Gosht (Mutton) Biryani! Absolutely incredible! The best in a long! Ordered seconds, and They made it complimentary! Who does that?! Wow! And the Pasta Alfredo? My son, “the best in the world!”! A Million Shades of Green & the Music of Nature: Lush greenery surrounds you in all directions like a magnificent living wall! Exist. Pure bliss! Rooms & Villas — Nature Meets Elegance: A relatively new resort, beautifully designed with stunning villas, elegant rooms, thoughtful architecture and tasteful interiors. Spotlessly clean, wonderfully maintained spaces seamlessly blend nature and luxury.

A few minor refinements would elevate the experience: • Improve Wi-Fi reliability (down for considerable time one morning) and address brief power interruptions experien ced one evening. • Add a safety handrail at the hotel entrance steps. • Place waste bins near floor elevators/staircases, lobby, gardens, walking areas and play zone. • Install towel rods/hooks near bathroom sinks, bathtubs and inside shower enclosures. • Add more comfortable seating in the play zone. • Avoid spreading towels over pool loungers; we noticed small bugs crawling on them. The loungers are perfectly usable without towels! None of these significantly diminished our wonderful stay.

food here is the high point. enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. a fairly elaborate spread of buffet , great taste and not spicey (exceptions are there) . though the staff is courteous and prompt but there's scope for improvement! maybe some extra trained hands on the deck might help. spa services need to improve. but overall a relaxing and pleasant and memorable experience.

Good and easy to find location. Quite surrounding and well planned and structured area.

Staff is not friendly. lack of proper customer service. upfront update on what services are not available yet, such as spa, indoor games area is not open, would have been helpful. The single restaurant and menu options limited and taste was not up to the mark.
