The layout of the room. Bathroom was bright and modern. And the roof top happy hour. Lovely balcony

The pillows were way to soft. The communication for the room needed labels to let the staff know if the rooms needed cleaning. Buffet breakfast was carbohydrate heavy and needed more vegetables.

施設がとてもキレイです。景色の良い屋上デッキでウェルカムドリンクが頂けます。スタッフの方がとても丁寧で親切です。

お部屋に化粧水や乳液が無く、フロント周りを見ても置いてなかったです。スタッフの方に聞けば良かったのですが…聞けずに結局チェックアウトしてしまいました。

雨で濡れているのを察してスタッフの方がタオルを持ってきてくれました。 ありがとう。

The property is brand new, so very clean. Efficient check in through kiosks.

As a foreigner who speaks English, there were no English signs, and some things were lost in translation. We booked the hotel thinking we would be able to see the fireworks from the rooftop terrace as it said online, but were disappointed when we were asked to leave the patio in the evening , as it had to be booked for viewing. This was embarrassing and not what we were expecting when paying almost $800 for the room. Beds were very firm. We also had to pay an extra bathing fee, but due to having tattoos, we were not even permitted to use the onsen.
