Easy to get access. The owner responds quickly. The view is good.

The accomodation description says there is a private pool and free parking. This is not true! The pool is in another building and is not free! The parking is free, but it's on the street and there is no a dedicated slot for the aparthotel guests. The description says the kitchen is fully equipped, but there was no sponge and no soap for dishes. There was only one garbedge bag in the bin. It really looked that the owners tried to save money on small things like those by significantly reducing the comfort of guests. So the description is not very honest. It's okay-ish, but don't expect something super nice. Next time I would try to book something else.
