Very quite and relaxing

We had an amazing stay! The hostel is brand new, modern, and exceptionally well maintained. We normally don’t stay in hostels, but this place exceeded all our expectations. The service was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as easy as possible. We stayed here twice while visiting Hervey Bay, before and after our K’gari trip. They kindly stored our luggage in between at no extra cost and even made sure our bags were already in our room when we checked in both times. Such thoughtful service! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Hervey Bay. An excellent hostel with fantastic service. We would happily stay here again!

Cassandra who was at the reception desk was incredibly helpful. A real bonus to the property. She made our stay good, despite some issues.

It was sourced online as a motel. In fact it was a hostel. Cassandra organised for us to have a King room with Ensuite, for which we paid more. But we still had to use communal dining facilities (nothing in the room) and there was no TV in the room though wifi access enabled us to watch tv on our computer. .. The bathroom was spacious and good in every respect, except that the wash basin was unnecessarily tiny and there was no drip catch on the soap container. ... The door and the bathroom window both let in far too much light from outside. Door needs proper sealing and the bathroom window needs a blind.
