Great place staff are so nice and friendly and helpful

The staff were particularly helpful. First, by letting us check in before the official check-in time. Second, by helping us carry our heavy suitcases up a very long flight of stairs. Third, by providing directions to one or two local places where we wanted to go. Friendly conversation in general. Very convenient location: right beside Hammersmith tube station.
There were a lot of stairs to climb. Four bunk beds in a small room was a little bit tight. I hope they find a stronger stick to prop the window open.

Fine room, excellent location just across the road from Hammersmith Underground. Good shopping streets around. Perfectly good when travelling on a budget.
Staff are still learning. Place is clearly being developed. Common area is very basic.

L'emplacement tout proche du Eventim Apollo et du métro.
Literie très confortable, chambre propre et personnel agréable. Machine à café et bouilloire à disposition avec thé, café, sucre et lait. Serviette de toilette.
Salle de bain et toilettes mixte sur le palier, 4ème étage sans ascenseur, rue extrément bruyante, pas de sèche cheveux, pas de service petit dejeuner.
Chambre tout petite.
