Die Nähe zur Altstadt.
Die Wohnung war im Erdgeschoß, durch die Lage am Hang würde ich eher sagen eine Kellerwohnung. Direkt an den Fenstern führt ein Treppenaufgang aus der Unterstadt und vom Parkplatz vorbei, dadurch von Früh bis Spät ständiger Lärm. Das Schlafzimmerfenster ist knapp über Straßenniveau. Es hat auch immer ein modriger Geruch in den Räumen, obwohl wir die Fenster so oft wie möglich geöffnet hatten.

Such a great location for exploring Sintra! We were super close to the historic center and could easily walk to so many of the major spots. Check-in and access were really easy, and we especially loved having the little balcony/outdoor area to sit outside and enjoy the views. The hosts were also incredibly responsive and helpful, including helping us arrange a slightly later check-out!
The bathroom is pretty small for two people getting ready at the same time, but having the kitchen table and balcony gave us some extra space to spread out. The stairs can also be a little tricky with luggage (which we knew going in!), but the hosts were really helpful and let us know that the unit is actually closer to the bottom of the stairs for pickup/drop-off, which made things much easier.

The property looks great and it’s easy to check in. Modern and clean interior, got everything you need and more. It looks really well put together. Good location to connect with tourist busses and to reach the city.
Parking is quite difficult to find. From the nearest parking spot you still have to walk a bit and carry your luggage up a steep hill/steps. The AC was making noise even when turned off during the night. You could hear the people in the room above quite well. Both made it hard to sleep.
