Wonderfull hotel

Staff was very cooperative and I feel comfortable to stay there.

Entrance of hotel while you'll goto hotel you'll feel like where I'm going will it be safe or not as a family but it's a very safe place but Entrance are not good overall experience is fabulous I enjoyed in this hotel.

Breakfast was basic and fine, nothing extraordinary. Manager and front desk staff Mr. Rameez was always accommodating very helpful, kind and friendly. Centrally located with stores to buy food, grocery,etc nearby. Local tea-shop (chaii waala) round the corner is a godsend for those who require tea/coffee in the morning and evening or at any time of the day really.

Internet connection (wifi) was fairly dodgy and wasn't working properly all the time, getting disconnected regularly and not stable. Definitely needs to improve. Location in terms of area overall is fine, centrally located next to highway and not far from Central Mumbai but entrance to hotel is hard to locate by one's self on the first time. No tea/coffee provided in evening or even any complimentary packs for self service with kettle, etc in the room or the kitchen.
