room was very clean, comfortable and had many amenities. Being met on arrival and given all the information required was very helpful. Also appreciated the thank you gift.

Entry and exit processes were a little complicated but very up to date.

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Pier in Rome and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent, and the rooms are spacious, bright and spotlessly clean, with beautiful interior design and extremely comfortable beds. Maria made the experience especially lovely. She greeted me at the door when I arrived and, as my room wasn’t ready yet, kindly let me use another room to change and freshen up before check-in. She was so accommodating throughout my stay, making sure all my requests were taken care of. She even asked what kind of milk I like with breakfast and made sure I had it for the next morning. Maria also checked in to make sure everything was all right and was exceptionally friendly, helpful and hospitable. She arranged a steamer for me too—it worked so well that I bought one for my own home! I’m so happy with my overall experience. I would absolutely stay at Casa Pier again when I’m in Rome, and I’d gladly stay at any of their other properties around the world if they offer the same level of care and attention to their guests.

Booked this hotel for my 40th Birthday celebrations and wow I honestly can't believe how perfect it was. Firstly Maria is the best thing to happen to Rome! She is incredible, helping us plan our days, answering all our many questions and always making us feel welcome and part of something special. She could not do enough to ensure we had the best time in Rome making the most out of our time there. The hotel location is perfect next to the river and the rooms are like something out of a film set. Just book this hotel it is STUNNING!

Interior was amazing! The little coffee corner once you arrive is a lovely touch.

If you have lots of luggage the tiny steps can be a hassle but not enough to even complain about.
