Europrime Hotels Lakefield

The overall stay was pleasant and the staff were truly amazing very attentive and helpful throughout. However, we experienced significant noise disturbance from other guests. They were extremely loud from early morning, which made it difficult for us to sleep. The noise continued until approximately 3 PM. Although staff members did kindly ask them to keep the noise down, the guests unfortunately did not comply. We appreciate the staff's efforts and enjoyed the hotel itself, but we hope noise management can be improved for future guests.

It was a nice and peaceful hotel. To be precise the manager was one hell of a good person Angelic, she surely knows how to treat guests good and makes sure they have a good stay. We did and it was all thanks to her. Anything we needed she provided, whether she was on shift or not she always picked up her phone and helped. The hotel is definitely lucky to have her as a their manager.

I don’t know what the rules are in terms of noise levels by visitors but other guests were really noisy throughout the night and the following morning without any intervention from the staff.
