Area Attractions:
New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida-- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Should you prefer to stay closer to the shore, or fish the Florida saltwater flats for the famous redfish of Mosquito Lagoon? Though New Smyrna is a small historic town, the city offers a wide selection of shopping, dining, and cultural experiences for both its residents and guests. From beachside burger joints to restaurants serving fresh local seafood, there's something here for everyone!
If you do decide to bring your furry friend with you, there is a pet fee of $150 a week or $300 for a month long rental (per pet). This is simply to reward our cleaners for the extra detail they will put in to remove any additional stains or shedding that occur during your best friends stay in our home. :)
All cancellations, regardless of cancelation policy, are less our standard booking fee and initial deposit to cover the expense of processing your initial payment. Thank you for understanding!

Great condo. It has everything you need in the kitchen, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc…. Clean and comfortable. A dehumidifier would help keep it more comfortable during the day when the AC is at 74 degrees. We would definitely book it again. The hosts were very responsive.

We love staying at Sea Coast Gardens. Condo was clean, well stocked, convenient to pool and beach access. With not being allowed to run AC lower than 74 during the day, condo needs a ceiling fan in the living room. With condo being poolside and having an ocean view, would rent again.

This the second time we’ve stayed on the first floor at Sea Coast Gardens III and we are very pleased. Condo was clean and spacious. Had everything we needed. The pools are clean and not crowded. The beach is spectacular and so close! It’s paradise. Thank you!!!

Although our condo was nice, the condo management here is very unfriendly and inflexible There are rules posted everywhere and the manager walks around strictly enforcing them. She even hired a pool monitor for the week but still would walk around telling the monitor who was breaking rules.
No floats in pool other than noodles so they actually told a parent that there four year old she couldn’t use her kickboard. No balls so told a father with teenage son that were passing a football in an empty pool they couldn’t. Literally no one else in the pool they were in! There are two pools and maybe 5 people were in the heated one. no were close to them. Can’t have a drink within 4 feet of pool so can’t sit on the edge with a drink in a yeti or a beer can. Here's an idea...maybe make one pool an activity pool so kids can actually play and be kids.
They say they are pet friendly but you can't walk your dog anywhere on the property. Must go off property and can’t use beach either. (We didn’t have pet but found this ridiculous to say pet friendly). They even have a dress code at the pool if they think you suit is too revealing. The older people do water aerobics in the morning and even though only 4-5 people participate.....no one else is allowed in pool.
The actual unit was well equipped. The only negative is even though you pay a high cleaning fee...you have to wash your beach towels before you leave or get charged extra. No big deal if washer/dryer in unit but there isn't. There is one washer per floor in each building and you have to make sure you have enough quarters. Everyone leaves on weekends so it is a waiting game for a washer to open up.
I would rate this condo a 4 1/2 stars but for the condo management. Although the unit was nice, I do not consider this place family friendly and would not recommend staying here
