There are only 3 easy steps to enter the unit.
As accommodating hosts, we do offer optional early check-in (2–3 hours early) for $60, which goes directly toward scheduling an additional cleaner to prepare the space sooner whenever possible.
Please note:
• This is an attached ADU/studio unit
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges of up to 2x the nightly guest rate per day
• No-call/no-show after 48 hours may result in reservation transfer or cancellation (without refund)
• To help maintain a peaceful environment for all occupants and neighbors, excessive in-and-out traffic throughout the day and night is not permitted
° Booker must occupy unit and be able to show valid ID
• Can't be booking for a friend (violation eligible for non refundable cancellation)
• No sub leasing at all (eligible no refund cancellation)

Perfect for my visit to family while visiting from the UK.

First time using VRBO and had an excellent experience. I was in town for a short while due to work and wanted a quiet place off the main drag but close to all amenities. This studio was a perfect match. It was inexpensive and close to all necessary shops and main thoroughfares while being secluded and quiet. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and backs up to a small stream so there is an expansive yard and no rear neighbors. The unit was clean and well stocked with a good functioning air conditioner! There was plenty of pots, pans, utensils, flatware, and even a pretty comprehensive spice cabinet. He even left treats and some easy sustainment foods in the full sized fridge/freezer combo.
George is an awesome host who was extremely communicative and always responded in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend and would stay again.

I relaxed in this studio all weekend. It was great. Grocery stores are close. Close to Folsom lake.

I’m not sure how many people live in other units in the house. One day of my stay I never could get hot water for a shower. I was there during a very hot week, but the A/C had no control or thermostat in the room. It was never cool at night. I was out almost all the time during the day, so that was OK. The entry is through a garage that is very full.
