Amazing property, it was everything we expected and more. Excellent location close to restaurants and convenient location to get to multiple places around the city. Would definitely book this home again.

Absolutely loved this house. I was searching for a big house to be able to share with my crew, while we were filming in Pittsburgh. My requirements were : spacious, private and quiet. This property has it all ! It is situated on very quiet, residential street but only 2 blocks from Butler st. which offers many restaurants and coffee shops and fantastic French bakery. The house it self accommodated my crew (3 people total) and gave us space to work, relax and enjoy Lawrenceville. Chad was very supportive host, he is always on top of stuff, fast responding to messages and doing everything for guests to make the stay enjoyable. We loved the house so much that we rented another property from Chad for our second half of the stay. Highly recommended !
