Villa Amara 3 is a brand new and very spacious luxurious villa. Located on top of a hill in the Amara Estate, the 180° view of the Caribbean Sea is incredible. The villa built in 2025 is very large (500m2) with a huge terrace of 200m2 and an infinity pool of 11m x 4m from which you can see the sunset over the sea every evening! The tastefully furnished, modern and functional villa has 4 large bedrooms, each with private bathroom.PGJyPg�PGJyPg
The villa is large and pleasant to live in with its all-glazed living room that opens directly onto the terrace, the pool and the garden. The view is exceptional. The bedrooms are very spacious, 3 of the 4 bedrooms opening directly onto the terrace. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and 3 bathrooms are accessible directly from the bedroom for more comfort. Two of the bedrooms have a king size bed (180 x 200), the third has a 160x200 bed and the last one has two twin beds of 90x200 which can be positioned as a double bed as well. A half bathroom (or guest toilet) is also available. The kitchen overlooks the living room and you can prepare your meals while looking at the sea. The terrace is a spacious and well-furnished living area with several armchairs and outdoor sofa allowing everyone to keep their privacy. The villa is perfect for holidays or for teleworking, the wifi being of very good quality and accessible everywhere.PGJyPgPGJyPg
To get to villa Amara 3 you have to cross the village of Trois Ilets, take the direction of Anse Mitan and the road to the Nautical Club. We will be waiting for you in the villa when you arrive. The villa is located in the Domaine d'Amara which has 4 beautiful luxury villas for seasonal rental. Each of the villas has a view of the sea and has its own green setting. The Domaine is closed and secure, you will have a remote control to enter.
The Anse Mitan district is a very pleasant tourist area where you will find many shops, restaurants and beaches accessible nearby. It is a strategic place to explore the south of Martinique and visit the most beautiful places on the island.
